School Advisory Council
Regular meetings of the Vicksburg Catholic School Advisory Council, a consultative council, are held on the fourth Thursday of each month. The council operates under policies outlined in the Diocesan manual. The council consists of:
- Pastors of St. Mary Catholic Church, St. Michael Catholic Church and St. Paul Catholic Church
- Two members from St. Mary Catholic Church
- Three members from St. Michael Catholic Church
- Three members from St. Paul Catholic Church
- One non-Catholic parent elected from the PTO
- Two other non-Catholic members
Members serve on the following council committees:

- Finance
- Buildings and Maintenance
- Public Relations and Development
- Technology
- Student Outreach
