VCS Aims to Expand Educational Opportunities in Vicksburg Our $1.2 million capital campaign will provide an early childhood education building on the corner of Howard and Clay Streets in order to expand educational opportunities in Vicksburg, meeting the needs of working families. The development will also enhance the gateway to Historic Downtown Vicksburg.
